About the Role

The AI Agent Specialist role combines the technical skill of AI prompt engineering with a meticulous focus on quality assurance. This hybrid role requires someone who is passionate about crafting intelligent AI systems that meet client-specific needs while ensuring top-notch performance. As a key contributor to our team, you’ll act as the bridge between our platform’s capabilities and the unique requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Discovery:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and goals thoroughly.

  • Analyze client workflows to identify how AI agents can provide tailored solutions.

• Prompt Engineering & Smart Chain Design:

  • Write, iterate, and refine AI prompts and Smart Chains to align agent behavior with client requirements.

  • Continuously improve AI output by leveraging creative prompt strategies and logical design.

• Client Onboarding & Support:

  • Assist clients in configuring their accounts, including modules for scheduling, billing, outbound messaging, knowledge bases, document generation, and more.

  • Ensure seamless adoption of our platform by addressing client-specific use cases and challenges.

• Quality Assurance & Testing:

  • Conduct thorough testing of AI agents to evaluate performance, reliability, and alignment with client expectations.

  • Record, investigate, and resolve quality issues, providing detailed feedback to improve outcomes.

• Engineering Collaboration:

  • Submit detailed tasks to the engineering team for updates, fixes, or enhancements to the platform’s core technology.

  • Communicate actionable insights from testing and client feedback to guide product improvements.

 

Qualifications

• No prompt engineering experience required, but is considered a very strong asset and will be favored in choosing a candidate

• No engineering experience required, but a technical and logical mind is an asset.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate abstract client requirements into actionable AI solutions

• Exceptional communication and writing skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and the AI itself

• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for testing, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• A never-give-up attitude and a willingness to experiment and test many different approaches in order to get an AI project to work​
