Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Success & Delivery Manager who can seamlessly bridge the gap between our customers and the development team. This hybrid role combines the skills of an Account Representative, Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Scrum Master to ensure successful project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Translate customer requirements into actionable technical tasks.

Project Management

Define project scopes, priorities, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Technical Oversight

Collaborate with the development team to design scalable solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Guide design decisions to ensure they align with best practices and project goals.

Ensure technical documentation and project specs are clear and comprehensive.

Agile Leadership

Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and maintain alignment with customer needs.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

What You Bring

Proven experience in a hybrid role involving customer engagement, project management, and technical oversight.

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and AI technologies.

Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Some technical background or familiarity with software architecture and development workflows is a plus but not required
