About the Role
As a Manual Software Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our AI Agent platform. Your expertise will help identify issues early in the development cycle and ensure that the software meets the highest standards before it reaches our clients. We are looking for someone with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to thorough, reliable testing.
Key Responsibilities

Test Planning:

Analyze feature requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand system functionality and user scenarios.

Manual Testing:

Execute manual test cases to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.

Test various aspects of the platform, including functionality, performance, and user experience.

Bug Reporting and Tracking:

Document and report bugs in a clear, concise, and detailed manner.

Work closely with the development team to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve issues.

Regression Testing:

Perform regression tests to ensure updates and fixes do not adversely impact existing functionality.

Documentation and Feedback:

Maintain accurate records of testing activities, including test results and system defects.

Provide actionable feedback to the team to improve software quality and user experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a manual software tester or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and bug reports.

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and test case management tools.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus: Experience testing SaaS platforms or AI-driven applications.
